Yesterday, the Daily Telegraph reported that Aidan O'Neill QC had been approached to provide a legal opinion about whether or not it is possible to judicially review Dominic Grieve's refusal of an application to the High Court, expressed in his statement to the House of Commons on 9th June 2011.
